Jewelry Policy: Strictly NO jewelry of any kind (earrings, rings, necklaces, watches) may be worn on the floor. Hair must be securely tied back.
Clothing Attire: A lightweight t-shirt or tank top, athletic shorts, and SOCKS secure athletic sneakers/cheer shoes no slides. On the Mats we will be socks or bare feet.

Clinic fees and discounts

To get a team t-shirt, registration and payment must be completed by July 10th. Late registrations will not include a t-shirt.

Because we order custom camp gear and plan our expert coaching staff based on exact registration numbers, we have established the following guidelines for cancellations and modifications:

Cancellations Within 2 Weeks of Camp: Eligible for a 50% refund
Spot Transfers (Changes): If your child can no longer attend, you may transfer their registration spot to a sibling, teammate, or friend at any time before opening day at no extra charge. (Note: Camp t-shirt sizes cannot be changed after the two-week ordering deadline).
Missed Days: Refunds or partial credits cannot be issued for missed individual days or no-shows once the clinic begins.
